Twenties Restaurant, located within The Claridge Hotel, is seeking an experienced and service-driven Lead Server to support front-of-house operations and help deliver a high-quality dining experience. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide attentive, professional service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Support daily front-of-house operations and assist in leading the service team
• Guide and mentor servers, bussers, and support staff during service
• Ensure consistency in service standards, presentation, and guest engagement
• Assist with opening and closing duties, side work, and floor coverage
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications
2+ years of serving experience; prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and guest engagement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a high-volume environment
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
