Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support daily kitchen operations to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portioning
• Assist with training and mentoring line cooks and kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
• Support prep, line execution, and service during high-volume periods

Qualifications
2+ years of cooking experience in a restaurant or hotel setting
Prior leadership or lead line experience preferred
