Group Rooms Sales Manager

Qualifications

2–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in group rooms or catering sales

Strong understanding of the Atlantic City or regional hospitality market is a plus

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Proficiency in hotel systems (Opera) preferred

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
