Keep Operations Running Overnight
The Claridge Hotel is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee front desk operations during overnight hours. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently while ensuring accurate reporting and a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts
• Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing revenue and reconciling accounts
• Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports
• Check guests in and out, handling reservations and inquiries as needed
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure the safety and security of the property during overnight hours
• Maintain knowledge of hotel systems, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate with security and other departments as needed

Qualifications
1–2 years of front desk or hotel experience preferred
Prior night audit or accounting experience is a plus
Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Basic computer and reporting skills
Flexible availability, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
