The VUE Rooftop is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Bartender to help drive an exceptional bar program and guest experience. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who combines strong bartending expertise with leadership, consistency, and a passion for service in a high-energy, upscale environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and a high standard of quality
• Prepare and serve beverages with consistency, accuracy, and presentation excellence
• Provide guidance, support, and training to bartenders and bar staff
• Deliver exceptional guest service, handling inquiries and resolving concerns professionally
• Maintain full knowledge of cocktail menus, wine, beer, and specialty offerings
• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and minimize waste
• Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar environment
• Collaborate with management to enhance offerings and improve overall operations

Qualifications
3+ years of bartending experience; prior leadership or lead bartender experience preferred
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and current beverage trends
Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
