Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Execute dinner service efficiently in a high-volume environment

• Set up and stock stations for service, ensuring readiness for peak periods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Assist with prep work, inventory, and restocking as needed
