Help Lead Safety and Security Operations
The Claridge Hotel is seeking a dependable and experienced Lead Security Officer to support daily security operations and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests, team members, and visitors. This role is ideal for a security professional who brings leadership, sound judgment, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Support and oversee daily security operations across the property
• Supervise and guide security team members during assigned shifts
• Monitor property activity through patrols and surveillance systems
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns in a calm, professional manner
• Prepare detailed and accurate incident and activity reports
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulations
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and training of security staff
• Promote a visible and approachable security presence throughout the hotel

Qualifications
2+ years of security experience; prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
Strong observation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response protocols
Basic computer skills for reporting and incident documentation
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
