Key Responsibilities
• Support and oversee daily front desk operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards
• Supervise, coach, and develop front desk team members
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely, professional manner
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor room inventory and assist in maximizing occupancy and revenue opportunities
• Support night audit and reporting processes as needed

Qualifications
2+ years of hotel front desk experience; supervisory experience preferred
Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera experience strongly preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
