Twenties Restaurant, located within The Claridge Hotel, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys early shifts, takes pride in consistency, and can deliver quality dishes in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure timely and accurate ticket execution during service
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portioning
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies for service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Assist with prep work, inventory, and receiving deliveries as needed
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

Qualifications
1–2 years of cooking experience preferred (breakfast experience a plus)
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
