The Claridge Hotel is seeking a professional and service-focused Banquet Bartender to support private events, weddings, and group functions. This role is ideal for a bartender who excels in guest interaction, works efficiently in event settings, and takes pride in delivering a polished, high-quality experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up, operate, and break down banquet bar stations for events
• Prepare and serve beverages quickly and accurately in a high-volume setting
• Provide professional, attentive service to guests throughout events
• Maintain full knowledge of bar offerings, including beer, wine, and cocktails
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and safety regulations
• Monitor inventory and assist with restocking as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas before, during, and after events
• Collaborate with banquet captains and event staff to ensure seamless execution

Qualifications
1–3 years of bartending experience; banquet or event experience preferred
Strong knowledge of basic cocktails, beer, and wine service
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume event environments
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
